DELIVERY

The delivery time is determined according to the rules of the transport company,  (you can check this information with our managers). 

Please note: taxes and duties on the purchase are not included in the shipping cost on the website - each country has its own tax system. Be sure to check this information with the customs office of your country.

SHIPPING FEES

Orders in Ukraine - free of charge

Standard international shipping cost - €35 ($40)

Please note: we do not ship orders to Russian Federation. 

PAYMENT

Online payment with a VISA / MasterCard bank card is available through electronic payment systems. You will receive a confirmation letter with all the  details and a receipt by e-mail.

RETURN

You can return the product within 14 calendar days of delivery. Please write us to: oceanxsilk@gmail.com, mark «Return» and specify: return causes and product photos, if it is damaged or defective.

The exception is silk underwear and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Please note that the products equipped with a protective system. If the system is damaged or broken, the item cannot be returned or exchanged.
